SEED is a global partnership for action on sustainable development and the green economy. Founded in 2020 by the UN Environment, UNDP and IUCN as a global partnership for action, today SEED is based on the understanding that the promotion of social and environmental entrepreneurship is pivotal for environmentally friendly and socially inclusive development and poverty reduction.

It was once said that 'the line dividing good and evil cuts through the heart of every human being’, and the same could be said about business. Today, good business is on the rise and SEED is supporting enterprises and aspiring entrepreneurs via incubation programmes, acceleration programmes, business development services, finance and connecting local, national and international stakeholders (and more).
